Sometimes all you need is a couple of unplanned hours by yourself in a carpark to phone a friend.

Maybe our lives are too full if we have to wait for a “car park” incident. But at least phoning a friend is better than twiddling fingers and getting impatient with waiting. And a good long talk with a friend is a wonderful restorative any time whether it be on the phone or face to face or otherwise.

Phones are a bit of a phobia for me – I always put off calling if I can but am happy when I make the effort. Hope you have a shiney week.
