Do you like them green? I eat them too, mostly, but I much prefer them red.. last year they were all too bitter to eat, regardless of the colour – very disappointing. This year was better, and hopefully next year I’ll get them started earlier. Reply
I pick the peppers here when the grow large enough, Mine are most often green.
